Admin Settings
To maintain a secure and organized environment, server administrators have the ability to control who can access and use the shilling commands. This is achieved by prioritizing admin roles and setting authorized roles via a user-friendly drop-down menu.
Server admins play a crucial role in managing the shilling activities within their communities to ensure that only trusted users can shill to other members. To ensure that communities members are well protected, admins can:
Control access and determine which roles have permission to shill to other users.
Maintain quality and ensure that only trusted members can promote tokens and reduce the chance of potential scam.
Enhance security by limiting the use of shilling commands to prevent the misuse of the feature.
Shill Interface

To access the role settings, server admins are required to start by typing in /shill to open up Fwen Bot's shill interface.
Server admins are then required to click on the π Admin button to access the Role Settings from Fwen Bot.

Setting up Authorized Roles via the Drop-down Menu
Fwen Bot provides an intuitive interface for admins to set authorized roles through a drop-down menu within the bot's interface, making role management straightforward and accessible.

All Admins have to do is select the roles in which are authorized to shill tokens to community members. However, only server admins are allowed to manage these roles.
Server admins can select the specified role under the drop down menu as seen above.

Once selected, a confirmation message will be sent out to show the list of roles which are authorized to shill tokens to members. The authorized roles will now have the Shill Token function available to them.
Best Practices for Admins
To ensure the best experience for both server wwners and community members, we recommend the following practices:
Regular Review of Authorized Roles - Periodically review the list of authorized roles and shillers to ensure that it reflects trusted members only.
Set Clear Guidelines - Provide guidelines to authorized users on how to use the shilling feature responsibly.
Monitor Activity - Keep track of the server's shilling activities to maintain community member's integrity and there are less chances of scams or rug pulls are being shared.
By effectively managing these roles, server admins can leverage on Fwen Bot's shilling feature to enhance community engagement while maintaining control and security. This ensures a trusted environment where members can confidently share and discover new token opportunities together.
Admin-Only Access: Only server admins have the permission to manage these roles.
Authorized Roles Only: Users without an authorized role will not have access to the shilling commands, enhancing the security of your community.
