Issue 1: I'm unable to see Fwen Bot's commands
If you're unable to see Fwen Bot's commands, first ensure that the bot has been properly added to your Discord account and is currently online. Once Fwen Bot has been properly integrated into your Discord account, you will be able to see Fwen Bot's list of commands, such as /start. Should the issue persist, please create a ticket in our official Discord server here.
Issue 2: I'm getting an error when trying to execute a trade
An error during trade execution can occur due to various reasons. First, ensure that your wallet is correctly connected to Fwen Bot and has sufficient funds to cover the trade amount and any associated fees. Double-check the token's contract address to make sure it's valid and that the token is supported by Fwen Bot. Network congestion or blockchain issues might also cause temporary errors—waiting a few minutes and attempting the trade again could resolve the problem. If you consistently encounter errors, please note the error message and contact our support team for further assistance.
Issue 3: It says that I am unauthorized to shill
Receiving an unauthorized message when attempting to shill indicates that you do not have the required role permissions. Only users with specific authorized roles can access the shilling feature. Please check with your server administrator to confirm that you have been assigned an authorized role. Once you have the correct permissions, you should be able to use the shilling features without any issues.
Issue 4: I'm unable to claim any rewards
If you're having trouble claiming your rewards, first verify that you have accumulated rewards to claim by checking the "💰 Claim Rewards" under our Shilling Interface. Furthermore, ensure that you have a wallet connected by typing /start and following the setup instructions here.
Issue 5: I'm unable to shill despite having administrator roles
If you're unable to shill tokens even with administrator roles, Fwen Bot may not be properly added to your server or lacks the necessary permissions. First, ensure that Fwen Bot has been invited to your server; without this, it cannot access messages or send announcements. Also, confirm that Fwen Bot has permission to send messages in the channels where you wish to use the shilling feature. If the issue persists after checking these settings, try re-inviting Fwen Bot or contact our support team for further assistance.
